Changed your mind?
You can cancel an order and return unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. Personalised or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Faulty or damaged items
If something arrives faulty or damaged, email ohassballa@outlook.com within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We will offer a replacement or a refund.
How to return
Email us first so we can confirm the return details. Refunds go back to your original payment method once the return is received and checked.
